We advise policyholders and insureds in disputes arising from denied, delayed, or underpaid insurance claims across property, liability, commercial, and homeowner policies. We offer legal services for condominium corporations, boards, unit owners, and developers in a wide range of litigation matters, including disputes over common elements, enforcement of declaration and rules, status certificate issues, chargebacks, and oppression claims under condominium legislation. We also advise on governance disputes and requisitioned owner meetings.

We represent both landlords and tenants in residential and commercial tenancy matters, including applications before the Landlord and Tenant Board, arrears of rent, evictions, harassment, illegal entry, and lease interpretation disputes.
