What We Offer

Litigation & Dispute Resolution

  • Civil litigation involves resolving legal disputes between individuals and organizations through negotiation, mediation, or the court process. We represent clients in a wide range of matters, including property disputes, negligence claims, and other general civil conflicts.

From the early stages of a dispute through to trial, we provide clear guidance and strong advocacy at every step. Our approach is practical and results-driven, with a focus on protecting our clients’ rights and achieving timely, cost-effective outcomes.

  • We work for businesses and individuals in complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, business torts, partnership and shareholder disputes, and fraud claims, at all stages of litigation.

  • If you've been hurt through someone else's negligence or wrongdoing, you may be entitled to compensation for your medical expenses, lost income, pain and suffering, and the long-term impact on your life and family. At Zamani Advocates, we represent injured plaintiffs across a broad range of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle collisions, slip and fall accidents, occupiers' liability claims, dog bites, product liability, medical malpractice, long-term disability denials, and catastrophic injuries involving brain, spinal cord, or other serious trauma.

We handle personal injury claims on a contingency fee basis - you pay no legal fees up front unless we recover compensation on your behalf.

    Contingency Fee Disclosure

    Maximum Contingency Fee Rate
Our maximum contingency fee rate is 33% (plus HST).

    Fee Range and Factors
Our fees typically range from 25% to 33%, depending on the complexity and risk of your case. The specific percentage charged often depends on the stage of the proceeding at which the matter is resolved:

    • Early Settlement (Pre-Litigation): Cases that resolve before a legal claim is issued or early in the process generally fall at the lower end of our range (25%).

    • Mid-Litigation: Cases that settle after discoveries but before a trial date is set typically fall in the middle of our range.

    • Trial or Appeal: If your case requires a full trial or involves an appeal, the fee will reach our maximum rate of 33% to reflect the significantly increased time, risk, and resources required.
