Contingency Fee Disclosure
Maximum rate: 33% plus HST. Fees typically range from 25% to 33% depending on the stage of resolution: pre-litigation settlement (25%), mid-litigation (middle of range), trial or appeal (up to 33%). Clients may also be responsible for disbursements and applicable taxes.
